Coasteering and Yoga day retreat

Based in the heart of croyde, myself and North Devon Coasteering aim to create a day of wellness, excitement and reconnection with nature.

Starting the morning with a vinyasa yoga class incorporating breath work, meditation and massage. There is the option to use the sauna and ice dipping station at an additional charge.

In the afternoon we will take you on a coasteering exploration of baggy point. We hope to enable a sense of achievement by pushing your boundaries, immersing you in cold water and reconnecting to the wild natural world.

Rewind in the evening as we come back to the yoga Shala for Yin yoga and meditation….
